Cancellation by the Traveler

If you need to cancel your travel plans, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made in writing and will take effect from the date they are received by UniversalProjectNet. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus admin fees.
• 15-30 days before departure: 50% of total cost refunded.
• 7-14 days before departure: 25% of total cost refunded.
• Less than 7 days before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by UniversalProjectNet

Occasionally, we may have to make changes to or cancel your travel arrangements. If we need to cancel your trip, you may choose between a full refund or an alternative travel arrangement of equivalent or higher standard provided by us, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, except in circumstances where the payment method no longer exists or is invalid. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method.

All refund requests will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the written cancellation notice. However, please note that some services, like airline tickets and hotel reservations, may have their own refund policies which could affect the timing or amount of your refund. Refund amounts may be adjusted accordingly.

Non-refundable Items

Some travel arrangements may be non-refundable, as per the terms agreed at the time of booking. These may include special events, tickets, and services from third-party providers. We will inform you about the non-refundable components of your trip during the booking process.

Exceptions

In the event of extraordinary circumstances such as serious illness or family bereavement, we may offer a refund or a voucher for future travel at our discretion.
